Peugeot 308 Overheating Electric Fan Issue

Hey, I'm having an issue with my 2019 Peugeot 308 gasoline engine. It's got about 250k kilometers on it. Lately, it's been overheating like crazy. I've noticed the electric fan isn't kicking on when it should. I've checked the fan itself (seems fine), and I'm suspecting a dodgy cable or plug connection. Anyone else had this problem?

In my case, it wasn't the connection, but the sensor itself. The error code pointed to a defective temperature sensor, which prevented the fan from engaging.
