Peugeot 4007 Electrical Malfunction

I've got a 2012 Peugeot 4007, diesel engine, and I'm pulling my hair out. The car's only done 53171 km. I'm getting a general electrical malfunction, the navigation is dead, and the error memory is full of errors! I'm guessing it's a vehicle software fault, maybe an implausible programming of the control unit. Anyone else had similar ECU problems?

I had something similar with my 4007. By general electrical malfunction, do you mean seemingly random things cutting out or acting weird? For me, it was the interior lights flickering and the central locking going haywire. Did you get any specific error codes?

Yeah, that's exactly it! Random electrical gremlins. I didn't write down the specific codes, but the mechanic mentioned something about a control unit needing recalibration. Is that what you experienced?

Sounds very familiar. Recalibration rings a bell. Honestly, I tried a few things myself, but ended up taking it to a workshop. They sorted it pretty quickly, and it wasn't crazy expensive.

Appreciate the advice! I'll book it into a workshop and get them to check the control unit. Hopefully, it's just a software bug they can sort out. Thanks again!
