Keyless access on my 2011 Peugeot 4007 diesel isn't working. There's an error stored. I'm guessing it's a bad cable or plug. Anyone else seen this?

I had something similar with my 4007. Keyless entry died and threw an error. It's probably a wiring fault in the door. Like a Christmas tree light string, one bad bulb kills the whole thing. Have you checked the wiring loom where it enters the door? They can get chafed.

Yeah, it was the wiring loom that connects to the door handle. Specifically, the plug connection to the door actuator. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, a workshop could diagnose it fast. It was an easy fix for me, but I wanted a professional to do it.
