Peugeot 4007 Outside Temp Sensor Issue
Summary of the thread
The 2007 Peugeot 4007 is experiencing issues with the outside temperature sensor, leading to problems with the AC, washer nozzles, and mirror heaters. The suspected causes include a faulty sensor or wiring issues, such as a dodgy cable or plug. A suggestion was made to check the sensor for corrosion or damage, which might be located behind the front bumper. Ultimately, it was decided to have a workshop address the problem, with an estimated repair cost of 95€.

Corrosion, huh? Where exactly is that sensor located on the 4007? And how much of a pain is it to get to?

On my Volvo, it was behind the front bumper. Probably similar on the Peugeot. Honestly, if you're not comfortable poking around, a workshop might be best. Saved me a headache!

Cheers! Workshop it is then. They reckon it's the sensor or wiring, about 95€ to fix. Thanks for the advice!

Sounds familiar! I had similar weirdness with my old Volvo V70 – climate control acting up and all sorts. Have you checked the sensor itself for corrosion or damage? Might be worth a look before digging deeper.
