Antenna connections? Where exactly should I be looking? Never done that before.

Yeah, it's worth checking the connections at the base of the antenna, where the cable connects to the radio unit behind the dash as well. Seeing as you're getting an error message and it's stored, might be best to get it checked by a professional.

Thanks for the advice! Took it to a workshop as you suggested. Turns out the antenna was defective. Cost me 255€, but at least I have tunes again!

Could be. Had a similar issue with my old Renault Megane. Poor signal, constant static. Did you check the antenna connections at all?
