Thanks. Was the issue consistent, or intermittent? Any warning signs before it wouldn't start?

Consistent. Just wouldn't start one day. No prior indication, unfortunately. I checked the usual suspects myself, but ended up taking it to a workshop. Repair was around 95€. Might be worth checking with a professional.

Sounds familiar, I seem to recall a similar issue with my 4008. Error stored, engine not starting... Did you check the power supply? What about the fuse box and battery terminal? Maybe even a circuit break?
