Peugeot 4008 Washer Fluid Warning

I have a 2016 Peugeot 4008 (gasoline engine) with 139537 km. I'm getting a 'washer fluid low' warning, and the windshield washer isn't working. The error is also stored. Fluid level seems fine. Any ideas?

In my case, I used a multimeter to test the washer motor's electrical terminals. No voltage indicated a wiring fault; voltage with motor inactivity suggested internal motor failure. Given the complexity, I'd recommend a qualified technician to avoid damage. Best to get it checked at a workshop.
