Thanks. A faulty washer motor? Is there a way to test it without taking everything apart?

In my case, I used a multimeter to test the washer motor's electrical terminals. No voltage indicated a wiring fault; voltage with motor inactivity suggested internal motor failure. Given the complexity, I'd recommend a qualified technician to avoid damage. Best to get it checked at a workshop.

Thanks, that's helpful. I took it to the workshop, and it was a broken sensor. They replaced it for 25€. Problem solved!

I had a similar issue with my 2014 Opel Insignia. The 'washer fluid low' warning persisted, and the system was inoperable even with a full reservoir. Have you considered a faulty washer motor or a blocked line? The error code suggests an electrical malfunction or a physical obstruction.
