Yeah, the code reader pointed straight at the camshaft sensor. Honestly, I didn't mess with it too much myself. After checking the basics, I just took it to a workshop. Turned out to be the sensor and a dodgy wire. Best to get it checked properly.

Sounds familiar! I had something similar happen with my 406. Engine was a pain to start, felt like it was choking, and the check engine light was on constantly. Did you try wiggling the sensor connector? Sometimes it's just a loose connection.
