Peugeot 407 Blower Motor Failure

Hi, I have a 2008 Peugeot 407 (gasoline engine) and the fresh air blower isn't working. The blower motor doesn't run, and there's an error stored in the memory. Mileage is 44453 km. I suspect the blower motor is defective.

I had a similar issue with my Peugeot 407. Check the cabin fan speed controller; it might be faulty. Has the electrical wiring been checked?

Where exactly is the fan speed controller located? And what kind of error were you getting?

It's usually near the blower motor, under the dash. My 407 had airflow problems, and error memory pointed to the blower motor in the end. I'd suggest going to a workshop.

Thanks for the help. It was indeed the blower motor; it cost me 365€ to get it fixed.
