Peugeot 806 Sun Blind Fault

Is the motor making noise? Has it been exposed to high temperature?

There's a faint whirring sound. And yes, it gets hot here. Could the heat have fried the motor?

Symptoms point to a failing motor. Heat could have accelerated it. Workshop diagnosis and repair is recommended.

That confirms my suspicions. I'll book it in. Quoted 330€ for the repair. I'll post the outcome.
