Thanks for your reply! The light is constantly on, no flickering. I checked the connectors under the seats, but everything seems to be in order. Do you think it could be the airbag sensor itself?

It's hard to say definitively. It could be the sensor, but without proper diagnostics, it's just guesswork. A constant light usually means the system has detected a fault that needs professional attention. You are right. Thanks for the help! I took it to a workshop and they found a defective plug connection. Repair cost was 95€. Now it works as expected.

I had a similar issue with my older car, though it wasn't a Peugeot. Airbag lights can be tricky. Is the light constantly on, or does it flicker? Did you check under the seats for any loose connections there? Sometimes luggage can kick connectors under the seats.
