Peugeot Expert Engine Misfire

I scanned for error codes, and it indicated combustion misfires, but didn't pinpoint a specific cylinder or component. How can I determine if an injector is the problem before replacing them?

The misfire code confirms the general area. Since the code doesn't specify a cylinder, it might be a more general fueling issue, but stick with the injectors for now. Without advanced diagnostic equipment, it's tricky to isolate a single injector. Given the symptoms and mileage, my advice is to take it to a reputable workshop. They'll have the tools and expertise to properly diagnose the injector performance.

I brought the Expert to a mechanic. They confirmed a defective injector. The repair, including parts and labor, came to 515€. It's running smoothly again.

The symptoms point towards a combustion issue. The rough running, check engine light, jerking, and power loss all suggest a misfire. Since you checked the throttle body, look at the injectors. A defective injector could be the problem. Have you scanned the engine for error codes? Knowing the codes would help.
