Peugeot Expert Fault Code Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2013 Peugeot Expert diesel is experiencing persistent fault codes displayed on the infotainment system and speedometer. Despite checking the battery and connections, the issue persists, leading to the suspicion of a coding problem. A similar case was resolved by recoding the control module at a workshop, which permanently fixed the issue. It is recommended to have the vehicle professionally checked and recoded to resolve the fault code problem.

I haven't tried resetting the codes myself, as I don't have the equipment. Is that easily done, or does it require special tools? Did resetting the codes solve the problem permanently for you?

Resetting might temporarily clear the messages, but if the underlying coding is wrong, the errors will return. In my case, it kept coming back until I took it to a workshop. They recoded the control module, and that fixed it. I recommend getting it professionally checked.

Sounds like I'm heading to the workshop then. I had it professionally checked and it was a coding issue. Cost me 360€, but at least it's finally sorted!

I had a similar issue with my Peugeot Expert. Constant error messages and a stored fault code. Sounds like the control module might be acting up due to incorrect coding. Have you tried resetting the codes?
