Peugeot Expert service required message and system errors

My 2021 Peugeot Expert electric with 153027 km is showing a 'Service Required' message, sporadic errors in driving mode, and intermittently lit error lamps. The audio and navigation systems sometimes fail, or the control units become totally unresponsive. An OBD-II reader revealed some stored errors, but nothing concrete. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

I own an Expert as well and encountered comparable issues. By comparable I mean sporadic errors in driving mode, and the occasional system failure. I had a similar set of symptoms. Did you check the cable connection to the control unit?

Given the symptoms, I would strongly recommend you visit a certified workshop to check the cable connection of the control unit with the bus system. It is a rather specific problem, and without the proper tools you risk making it worse. If the workshop confirms the defective cable connection of the control unit with the BUS system you might be looking at about 155€ of repairs.

Thank you. I took your advice and brought it to the workshop. Indeed, they confirmed the defective cable connection of the control unit. After the repair the fault message is finally gone!
