Peugeot iOn Terminal 30 Issue

Anyone seen this before? My 2011 Peugeot iOn (electric) with 70247 km is throwing a fit. Keep getting interrupted continuous plus on Terminal 30. Car starts poorly. Reckon it's a heavily discharged or knackered battery. Anyone had similar?

Sounds familiar. I had something similar with my iOn. Was it intermittent power loss, almost like a short? Check your circuit breaker, electrical fault can cause these issues. Is the wiring harness in good nick?

Intermittent power loss is spot on. Circuit breaker... good shout. Wiring harness looks okay, but who knows. You reckon a short circuit could drain the battery even when it's 'off'?

That's what I suspect. A short could definitely drain the battery. But honestly, chasing electrical gremlins can be a nightmare. Might be worth getting it checked at a workshop. Could save you a lot of hassle.

Cheers. Appreciate the insight. Ended up being a defective battery, as suspected. Cost me 290€ to sort. Now, back on the road!
