Pilot Infotainment Speedometer Error
Summary of the thread
A 2010 Honda Pilot is experiencing errors in the infotainment system and speedometer, with a scan tool indicating incorrect vehicle coding. This issue is similar to a previous case where a software installation caused coding errors. The suggested solution is to have the vehicle recoded at a workshop, which resolved the problem.

No check engine light, just the errors in the infotainment and speedo. What was the resolution for your BMW?

Turned out the coding was messed up after a software installation. Had to take it to the workshop to get it recoded. Pain in the neck! I'd suggest getting yours checked out.

Thanks for the insight! You were right. Took it to the shop, and it was a coding issue. Cost me 360€, but it's sorted now. Appreciate the help!

Whoa, that sounds familiar! I had something similar happen with my old BMW 3 series. Different car, I know, but it was throwing all sorts of weird errors. Did the check engine light come on too?
