Pilot seat heater issue

Hey, I have a 2012 Honda Pilot with a gasoline engine. The seat heater isn't working – doesn't get warm at all. Also, I scanned for codes and there's an error stored related to it. Anyone else run into this?

I had a similar issue with my Pilot. Do you notice it on both front seats or just one? Mine was only the driver's seat. Could be a faulty heating element.

That's what mine was. If it's the heating mat like it was for me, then yeah, it involves removing the seat cover. I ended up taking it to a workshop; cost me about 390€. Unless you're really comfortable with upholstery work, I'd suggest getting a quote from a pro.
