Previa Audio System Failure

Audio system in my 2013 Toyota Previa hybrid (137947 km) is completely dead - no sound at all. Fuses are fine. Bluetooth issue maybe? Or the speakers?

I had a similar problem with my Previa. Have you checked the bass speaker? That's often the culprit when there's no audio output.

Interesting, I wouldn't have thought of that! How did you diagnose the bass speaker? Any other symptoms or sound quality issues before it died?

Workshop confirmed the bass speaker was defective and causing the issue. Worth getting it checked by a professional. Hope this helps.
