Previa Audio System Failure
Summary of the thread
The audio system in a 2013 Toyota Previa hybrid was completely non-functional, with no sound output despite the fuses being intact. The issue was suspected to be related to Bluetooth or the speakers. A similar case suggested checking the bass speaker, which was confirmed to be defective and causing the problem. Replacing the bass speaker resolved the issue.

Interesting, I wouldn't have thought of that! How did you diagnose the bass speaker? Any other symptoms or sound quality issues before it died?

Workshop confirmed the bass speaker was defective and causing the issue. Worth getting it checked by a professional. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tip! Had it checked, and you were right; it was the bass speaker. Cost me 280€ to replace. Appreciate the help!

I had a similar problem with my Previa. Have you checked the bass speaker? That's often the culprit when there's no audio output.
