Primastar Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor Issue

My 2023 Nissan Primastar diesel, with only 45k km, has a warning light on. It's smoking badly when I accelerate and won't do a DPF regen. The diagnostic points to an exhaust back pressure sensor. Has anyone else experienced this?

Was the exhaust back pressure sensor also your primary suspect? Any ideas about it? How did you manage to fix it?

Got the exhaust back pressure sensor replaced. Cost 245€, but at least it's running smoothly again.
