Thanks for the reply. Yes, the navigation is completely dead, and I get some strange messages on the dash. Is the key fob easy to check?

The key fob is unlikely to cause those issues. Although I initially thought it might be the problem, it was indeed transport mode. You will need to take it to the workshop so they can disable it. The vehicle is new, so you shouldn't be charged for the repair.

Thanks for the info. I've booked it in and they confirmed it's the transport mode still active. Apparently it wasn't deactivated properly at the factory. All sorted now and no charge!

I had something similar with my Primastar. Does it feel like a general electrical issue, or is it mainly affecting things like the navigation system? It could be a key fob issue, but a diagnostic check would be a good starting point.
