Prius AC compressor failure

Where exactly is the AC relay located? And how would I check the pressure switch? I'm not very experienced with HVAC systems.

The AC relay is usually in the main fuse box under the hood; check your owner's manual for the exact location. As for the pressure switch, a visual inspection for any signs of refrigerant leaks around the AC lines and components is a good start, but that's not a perfect test. Honestly, for a proper diagnosis of the HVAC system, it might be best to take it to a workshop.

Thanks for the help! I took it to a workshop as you suggested. Turned out to be undervoltage causing the issue. Repair ended up costing 240€. All good now.

I had a similar problem with my Prius, though I don't know about the specific error code you're getting. Check the AC relay first; that's an easy swap. Also, look at the pressure switch. If the refrigerant is low due to a leak, the switch will prevent the compressor from engaging to protect it. Is it only triggering at high revs or not at all?
