Hi everyone, I own a 2011 Ford C-Max with a diesel engine and have driven 177171 km. I've encountered some problems: the power steering isn't working and the steering wheel vibrates/shakes. My question is: Why does the EPS fail so easily in this particular model? This is the second time now. After replacing the EPS, the ventilation started blowing warm air. Has anyone had similar problems or knows what could be causing this?

Check the power steering fluid level first, as low fluid can cause steering issues and vibrations. If the fluid level is fine, inspect for any leaks or damage in the power steering system. For the warm air issue, ensure the climate control settings are correct and check if the heater control valve is functioning properly. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
