Problem with pedestrian protection system in BMW 2

Hi all, I have a problem with my BMW 2. Recently, I have been getting an 'emergency system no function' error on my car's display. This error seems to be a 'ghost' in the pedestrian protection system, as it only appears after disconnecting the front optics connectors. I have tried using the Carly app to recognize and clear this error, but to no avail. Interestingly, this error does not appear in the BMW app on my mobile. Has anyone experienced this problem before and managed to clear the phantom error in the 'pedestrian protection system' with Carly? I would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you.
