Problems with BMW 3 Series (2003): Jerking when accelerating, increased fuel consumption and suspected Valvetronic defect

Hello everyone, I have problems with my BMW 3 Series, year of manufacture 2003, gasoline engine. The check engine light is on, the engine has less power and runs unevenly, it jerks when accelerating and the fuel consumption is poor. I can also hear the valves rattling, strange engine noises and have found metal shavings in the oil. My guess is a malfunction of the Valvetronic system. Has anyone had similar problems and can give me tips on how to narrow down the problem and understand it better? What was your experience at the garage and how did they fix the problem? Thanks in advance!

The car I read out had this error but is also tuned by G Power and had not been started for 2 months. After a round of warming up I drove the car for an hour with a lot of load and the car has full power but only vibrates a little at idle and the speed is constant

The vibration at idle could be due to a number of factors. It could be a misfire, a problem with the fuel injection system, or even a worn engine mount. Since the car has been tuned, it's also possible that the tune is causing the idle issue. I would recommend starting with checking for any misfires. If there are no misfires, you might want to check the fuel injection system and the engine mounts. If everything checks out, you might want to consider having the tune checked by a professional.
