Problems with Carly and uneven vehicle height in Mercedes E-Class

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Mercedes E-Class. Since the last update, my Carly app no longer works with my 211 Mercedes. Have any of you had similar experiences or can help me solve the problem? I have also noticed that the vehicle height is uneven. Any suggestions as to what could be causing this and how I can fix it?
