Problems with Citroen C3 Diesel 2016: Check engine light, black smoke and glow plug fault

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Citroen C3 Diesel from 2016. The check engine light doesn't go out, black smoke comes out of the exhaust when accelerating, the engine takes ages to start, DPF regeneration goes crazy and the pre-glow light stays on. I think this could be due to a defective glow plug, but I'm not sure. Has anyone had similar experiences and can tell me how their garage solved this? I would appreciate any tips and experiences!
