Hey guys, I have some problems with my Citroen C8 Diesel, year 2003. Symptoms are engine light on, loss of power, irregular engine running, jerking and hissing when accelerating, as well as shuddering when idling. My suspicion lies in the swirl flap control on the intake manifold. Have any of you had similar experiences and can give me tips on how you have solved the problem in your workshop? Hi, I had a fairly similar problem with my 2005 Citroen Berlingo. I have a bit of experience with cars, but I'm definitely not a professional. I took the car to my garage where they diagnosed the fault as "control unit intake manifold defective". To repair it, they had to replace the entire control system, which cost me 465 euros.
