Problems with the functions and lighting of the air conditioning vents on the Mercedes CLA

I own a 2019 Mercedes CLA with 139,000 miles on it and I'm struggling with a few issues. Some vehicle features are not available and in addition my air conditioning and ventilation vents are not lit. Does anyone have experience with similar problems or know how to solve them?
