Problems with the lighting in the 2017 Opel Insignia - looking for solutions and experiences

Hello folks! My Opel Insignia (model year 2017, petrol engine) has recently started having problems with the lights. The lights just come on. I suspect that the light switch is not working properly. Have you ever had similar problems and could you give me tips on how your garage solved it? I would be grateful for any experience and tips that shed light on the matter. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have a 2009 Opel insignia cdti. The problem is that when I turn on the low beam both in automatic and manual mode, appears message "control left low beam bulb" and then the right. I have changed the bulbs, although they were not fused and still gives the warning. The thing is that the bulbs look perfect. They are H7 halogen. Could you tell me where the fault can come from? Thank you.

Hello, It seems like you've already checked the bulbs, which is a good first step. The issue could be related to the wiring or the bulb sockets. Check for any signs of damage, corrosion, or loose connections. If everything looks fine, the problem might be with the car's Body Control Module (BCM), which controls the lighting system among other things. If the issue persists, I would recommend having a professional mechanic take a look at it. Please keep us updated on your progress. Do you have any other questions?
