Hello, I am not a car expert, but I have had somewhat similar experiences with my 2015 Mercedes C-Class. There were also problems with the navigation system due to a damaged CAN bus or MOST bus. I had this checked and ultimately repaired by my garage. The replacement cost me about 235 euros. But you know how things work - it could be more or less. What model and year do you have?
