Problems with the emergency system and airbags in the Seat Ateca

Good day, I own a 2021 Seat Ateca with a diesel engine and 160,000 km on the odometer. I have several problems with the vehicle: The emergency system is not working, some vehicle functions are unavailable, and various systems are malfunctioning. After starting, the airbag fault light comes on, the SOS system reports a malfunction, and even when all seat belts are fastened, a warning sound is heard as if a belt were not fastened. In addition, a message appeared about the need to replace the battery in the key fob, which I have already replaced, but the problems persist. Does anyone have experience with similar problems or know what could be the cause? Thank you for your answer, Igor Duša.

Summary of the thread

A 2021 Seat Ateca owner is experiencing multiple system malfunctions, including issues with the emergency system, airbag fault light, SOS system, and seat belt warnings, despite replacing the key fob battery. The problems may stem from the vehicle's electrical system or a faulty control module. It is suggested to check the battery connections for cleanliness and security and to scan the vehicle's electrical system for error codes to diagnose the specific issues.

It sounds like there might be an issue with the vehicle's electrical system or a faulty control module. Start by checking the battery connections to ensure they are clean and secure, as poor connections can cause multiple electronic issues. If the connections are fine, it might be worth having the vehicle's electrical system scanned for error codes, which can provide more insight into the specific problems. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!

Unfortunately, it didn't help, the battery seems to be fine and I'll go to the service for diagnostics next week, but thank you anyway Igor

In the meantime, you might want to check the fuses related to the systems that are malfunctioning. A blown fuse can sometimes cause multiple issues. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!
