Ractis engine stalls and power loss

Alright, car gurus, I'm stumped. My 2007 Toyota Ractis (gasoline engine) is throwing me for a loop. Lately, the check engine light's been on, and the engine occasionally stalls at idle. And, to top it off, I've noticed a significant drop in engine power. I've checked the basics, but I'm suspecting a fuel issue. Anyone else experienced this? I have 58086 km on the clock.

Thanks for the advice! Took it to the workshop, and you were spot on. Turns out the fuel volume regulator was defective, likely due to the high-pressure pump failing. Ended up costing me around 1510€ to get it all sorted. Lesson learned: don't neglect the fuel filter!
