Thanks for sharing your experience! That sounds exactly like what I'm going through right now. Would you mind telling me how much the battery and management system replacement set you back? Also curious if you've had any other issues pop up since getting it fixed? These Range Rovers can be quite temperamental, so I'm trying to get an idea of what to expect cost-wise and if this fix actually sticks. Cheers!

Hey again! Just wanted to update you, my situation actually turned out better than expected! After seeing the mechanic, it wasn't the full battery replacement I initially thought I'd need. Turns out the Transport Mode was stuck due to a software glitch, and theyaged to sort it out with a system reset after jump-starting the car. The whole thing only cost me 45€, which was a massive relief compared to what I was expecting! Since that fix about a year ago, everything's been running smoothly, no more warning lights or electronic gremlins. I'll admit I was worried it might be something more serious like the battery management system I mentioned before, but sometimes these Range Rovers just need a proper reset to get back to normal. That being said, I'd still recommend getting it checked out sooner rather than later. These electrical issues can be tricky, and while mine turned out to be a simple fix, it's better to catch any potential problems early. Let me know how you get on with yours! Take care!

Thanks so much for sharing that update! You know what's funny? I actually just got back from the mechanic today, and I totally get why you were relieved. The issue turned out to be way simpler than I'd feared too. They found a faulty sensor connection that was triggering the transport mode and those annoying warning lights. A thorough diagnostic scan, cleaning of the connections, and a system reboot did the trick. The whole thing ended up costing me a lot less than I'd budgeted for, which was a pleasant surprise. Not gonna lie, I was sweating bullets thinking about potential hybrid battery issues! The mechanic was super transparent about everything and even showed me exactly what was causing the problem. The car's running like a dream now, all systems working properly, no warning lights, and the hybrid system is back to its efficient self. Really glad I didn't put off getting it checked. Sometimes these luxury cars just need a bit of TLC to get back on track. Thanks again for helping me avoid unnecessary stress! It's great to know others have dealt with similar issues and found simple solutions.

Start by checking the battery health and connections, as a weak or faulty battery can cause starting issues and affect the vehicle's electronics. Ensure the battery terminals are clean and secure. If the battery is fine, consider getting a second opinion from a mechanic with experience in hybrid systems to verify the diagnosis. It's crucial to confirm the issue before sourcing parts, especially for complex components like the gearbox. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions!

Hey there! I had a similar situation with my 2016 Range Rover Sport Hybrid last year when it hit 142,000 km. Got the same symptoms, warning lights, electronics going crazy, and transport mode issues. After a jump start didn't solve it, turned out the main battery unit was failing, which was affecting the hybrid system and vehicle electronics. Had to get both the main battery and battery management system replaced as they work together. It was quite a serious repair since it's connected to the hybrid powertrain. The electronics needed a complete reset and recalibration after the replacement. These symptoms usually point to electrical system issues in Range Rovers, especially in hybrid models. Make sure whoever works on it has proper diagnostic tools for hybrid systems, that's crucial. The fix wasn't quick, took about three days total, but it solved all the problems completely. Consider getting your battery system checked first, it's often the root cause of multiple electrical issues in these vehicles. Good luck with the repairs!
