Ranger massage seat switch failure

Hey, I've got a 2021 Ford Ranger with a diesel engine and only 23531 km on the clock. The massage seat switch has stopped working. The massage function can't be switched on and there's an error stored. Anyone else seen this? I suspect a defective cable or plug connection.

I had a similar issue on my Ranger. The seat massage just quit. Did you check the fuse box? Sometimes it's just a blown fuse.

Thanks for the tip! Which fuse specifically? And where is it located? I looked in the manual, but it's not very specific for the massage seats...

I don't remember the exact fuse number, sorry. For me it wasn't the fuse. The workshop guys found some broken wires under the seat. Best get it checked professionally. It was a quick fix for them.

Thanks, I'll take it to the workshop. I already did. They confirmed it was a broken wire, just like you said. Repair cost was 95€. All good now!
