Ranger Misfire Symptoms

I'm having a weird issue with my 2015 Ford Ranger gasoline. It's got about 244120 kilometers on it. I'm seeing misfire symptoms: rough running, check engine light (comes and goes), jerking when I accelerate, and less power. I checked the spark plugs, but they look fine. Any ideas what could cause this?

Sounds frustrating. I had a similar thing happen with my Ranger. Does it feel like it's struggling, especially when you're trying to get up to speed? For me, it turned out to be the fuel injectors. Have you checked those yet?

About the fuel injectors, what specific symptoms did you see, and how did you figure that out? Were there any other signs that pointed to it being the injectors?

Yep, sounds pretty much like what I had. The rough idle and the check engine light were the biggest clues, plus the loss of power when accelerating. Honestly, I didn't diagnose it myself. Took it to a workshop. They ran some tests and confirmed it was the injectors. Cost me around 500€ to get them replaced.

Okay, I'll get a mechanic to check the fuel injectors. Getting it diagnosed professionally seems like the best move. Thanks for the help.
