RC Transmission Control Unit Issue

Alright RC fam, I'm pulling my hair out here! My 2015 Lexus RC with the gasoline engine is throwing me for a loop. Mileage is at 70493 km. The paddle shifters are completely unresponsive, the gearbox is slipping like crazy, and making some seriously nasty grinding noises when it finally does shift. Paddle shifters basically dead. Limp mode is on. Plus, the computer's lit up like a Christmas tree with error codes related to the transmission. Think it's a dodgy transmission control unit?

Dude, I feel your pain! I had almost the same exact thing happen in my RC. The transmission was acting possessed, shifting all crazy, especially with the paddles. Sounds like a defective control unit might be spot on. Were you getting any specific error codes?

Yeah, that's exactly it, possessed! Did yours throw any codes related to the transmission at all? And did it just happen suddenly like this? Really need to know if yours was the same!

Yep, codes galore pointed straight to the transmission. It was pretty sudden too. One day it was fine, the next it felt like the transmission was about to eject itself. I had to take it to my workshop to confirm the fault. They suspected the control unit right away.
