Recurring error: Lambda sensor bank 2 despite replacement

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my BMW 5. The engine control light is constantly on. After reading out the error, it was determined that the lambda sensor bank 2 is defective. I had this replaced in a workshop, but after a few kilometers the engine control light came on again. After reading it out again, the lambda sensor bank 2 error was displayed again. Does anyone have any ideas as to where else I could look for the fault in order to rectify the problem? Many thanks in advance for your help.

Check for any exhaust leaks near the lambda sensor bank 2, as they can cause incorrect readings and trigger the engine control light. If you find any leaks, have them repaired and see if the issue persists. Let us know how it goes or if you have further questions.
