Renault Master brake light failure

I'm having trouble with my 2013 Renault Master diesel. At 71515 km, the brake lights don't illuminate when I press the pedal. The error memory shows a fault code for the brake light switch, and the infotainment system says there's a braking system malfunction. I suspect the brake light switch itself. Has anyone else seen this?
