Renault Master Gearbox Issues

I've got a 2023 Renault Master, diesel engine, and I'm having some real trouble. The engine warning light keeps coming on, and the error memory mentions something about the transmission oil temperature sensor. Also, the gearbox seems to be in emergency mode sometimes. Has anyone else experienced similar gear shifting issues? Could it be as simple as low gearbox oil?

I also drive a Master and have had something similar happen. Gearbox slipping and unclean shifts? Any grinding noises when shifting gears?

Yeah, actually, there's some grinding when I shift sometimes. Was it the temperature sensor in your case too?

It was indeed a similar story. Turns out the gearbox oil level was too low, triggering the sensor. Best to get it checked at a workshop though to be certain.
