Yes, it was parked for about a week without being charged. Is that enough to cause that kind of battery discharge? And was your issue definitely the battery?

A week is definitely enough to cause significant discharge, especially if the battery wasn't fully charged before parking. While other electrical faults can cause it, a discharged battery is the most likely cause given your symptoms. I'd suggest getting it properly diagnosed. In my case, the final invoice was 290€, so consider taking it to a workshop

Thanks for the insight! I'll take it to a shop and have the high-voltage system checked, focusing on the battery. Will post when the issue is resolved.

Sounds familiar! I have a Renault Master, and I had similar symptoms. An EV problem is often linked to battery drain or some kind of electrical fault within the high-voltage system. Has the car been sitting unused for a while?
