Thanks! I'll check the antenna connection. Where would I find the antenna connection point? And if it's corroded, what's the best way to clean it? I'm not very experienced with car electronics.

The antenna base is usually on the roof, towards the rear. The connection point might be under the dash or behind the head unit. If you're not comfortable digging around, take it to a workshop. Given the error code and the lack of signal, a defective GPS antenna is likely. Trying to fix it yourself without the right tools could cause more problems.

I appreciate the advice to seek professional help. I brought my Ridgeline to a workshop, and they confirmed the GPS antenna was defective. The total repair cost, including the antenna replacement, was about 200€.

Sounds like a common problem. Have you checked the antenna connection itself? They can get loose or corroded, especially on older vehicles. Is the antenna visibly damaged?
