Rifter parking aid fault

I had a similar issue with my 2018 Opel Insignia. The parking sensors went haywire, and it turned out to be a defective connection. Have you checked the wiring and plugs to the parking assist components, like the radar or ultrasonic sensors? A faulty connection could be the culprit.

Considering the error message and symptoms, it might be prudent to have a workshop inspect the cable and plug connections. It's the most efficient way to diagnose it properly.

Thanks, I'll take it to a workshop. Turns out it was indeed a defective cable/plug connection as you suggested. Cost me 95€ to fix.
