Thanks for the reply! Starting seems normal, and fuel consumption is about the same as always. I haven't tried any system resets - I'm not really sure how to do that, to be honest. Where would I even start?

Given your description and lack of experience with system resets, it's advisable to consult a qualified workshop. The defective main relay can lead to ECU malfunction. A professional car diagnostics check can pinpoint the problem and ensure correct repair procedures are followed.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a workshop, and you were spot on – it was the main relay causing the ECU issue. Repair cost was 120€. Appreciate the help!

The symptoms you describe, accompanied by a stored error, suggest a potential issue with the engine control unit (ECU). Have you noticed any other unusual behavior, such as difficulty starting or unusual fuel consumption? Have you attempted any system resets?
