Rifter Tire Pressure Sensor Fault

It's pretty constant, yeah. I tried resetting via the infotainment system, but the error returns almost immediately. Did resetting work for you initially, or did the error come back?

Nah, resetting did nothing for me in the long run, the error kept popping up. I'm afraid it does sound like a faulty sensor. If it's not resetting and the pressure is correct, I'd say bite the bullet and take it to a workshop. They'll be able to diagnose which sensor is at fault and replace it. Better safe than sorry, right?

Cheers for the info! Sounds like you saved me a lot of fruitless messing about. Took it to the local garage; faulty sensor, as suspected. New sensor and fitting came to 280€. Painful, but at least it's sorted.

Oh, wow, that sounds familiar! I have a Rifter too, and I had almost exactly the same symptoms a while back. Kept getting low tire warnings even though the pressure was fine. Was the error message constant, or intermittent? Did you try resetting the system?
