Roox leaning issue

Good day, I'm experiencing a rather upsetting issue with my 2009 Nissan Roox gasoline. The vehicle refuses to lift anymore, and it's visibly leaning to one side. Error messages keep popping up on the speedometer, and the ride is terribly bumpy. An error is also stored in the error memory. Could this be the air suspension acting up? I only have 44759 km on the clock. Has anyone experienced similar issues?

It certainly sounds like a suspension problem. The symptoms you describe, especially the leaning and error messages, point towards a fault in the air suspension system. Has the car's ride height changed noticeably? Also, can you hear any hissing sounds near the suspension?

The ride height has definitely dropped significantly. As for hissing, I haven't heard anything specific, but I will listen more closely. If it is the air suspension, what could be the cause?

Given the symptoms and the age of your vehicle, it's quite likely the suspension air bag valve is defective. Much like a tire valve can fail, the valve for the air suspension bellows can develop a leak. This would explain the drop in ride height and the leaning. I would recommend taking it to a workshop, as the repair cost could be around 590€.

Thank you for the insightful information. I suspected it might be something along those lines. I'll take it to a workshop to get it checked. It's never a pleasant surprise, but at least I have a better understanding of what's going on now!
