Interesting! I didn't notice a power dip, but I'll pay closer attention. Unfortunately, I forgot to write down the error code. But do you remember what was weird with yours? Was it something I could check myself or is it better to go to repair shop?

Okay, so mine was throwing an undervoltage error, which I initially dismissed, figuring it was a random fluke. Turns out, the undervoltage was causing the A/C compressor to shut off as a safety measure! Like a fuse blowing when things get overloaded. The shop traced it back to a faulty electrical component somewhere else in the car that was drawing too much power intermittently. Honestly, unless you're really comfortable with electrical diagnostics, this might be one for the professionals. I went to the workshop, where they performed a complete check of the HVAC system.

Thanks for the info! Seeing as it could be electrical, I'll take it in to the shop. It's probably best not to mess with it myself. The error code was pointing to undervoltage, like you said. Seems like it was the A/C compressor shutting off. They found an undervoltage in the vehicle and repairing it cost 240€.

Whoa, that sounds eerily familiar! I had a similar A/C issue with my RX, and it was driving me nuts. Symptoms sound spot-on. Did you notice anything else weird, like maybe a slight dip in power when the A/C was supposed to kick on? It's like when you try to run too many appliances on one circuit, you know? What error code did you get? It might point to something specific like the pressure switch or the A/C compressor itself. Mine turned out to be weird...
