S10 Seat Heater Failure
Summary of the thread
The seat heater in a 2015 Chevrolet S10 has stopped working, with an error code indicating a potential issue. The indicator light is functioning, and the fuse is intact, suggesting the problem may lie with the heating mat itself. A similar issue was resolved by replacing the heating element, which is likely the necessary solution in this case.

Thanks. Yes, the indicator light comes on, so it's getting power. The fuse is fine too. Did you also have an error code?

Yep, light came on for me too. I didn't dig too deep, honestly. I took it straight to a workshop, and they told me the heating element was shot. Sounds like you're probably in the same boat. Good luck.

Thanks for confirming. I'm going to a workshop for a diagnostic. They quoted around 390€ to replace the seat heating mat, parts and labor included. Appreciate the help.

I've had a similar problem with my S10. Does the light on the switch come on at all? Also, have you checked the fuse for the seat heater?
