S60 Auxiliary Heater Malfunction

My 2020 Volvo S60 hybrid (34161 km) has an auxiliary heater malfunction. The parking heater won't activate, and there's an error stored. Anyone seen this before?

I had similar auxiliary heater issues with my S60. VIDA/DICE showed a glow plug problem. Did you scan for error codes related to the heating system? Sharing the codes would help.

I don't recall the exact code, but VIDA's pinpoint test led me to the glow plug circuit. Given your symptoms, I'd get it professionally diagnosed. Replacing the glow plug fixed it. Cost about 440€. Better safe than sorry!
