S60 Electrical Malfunctions

Help! My 2012 Volvo S60 diesel is throwing a fit. Getting an error message in the speedometer, and the error memory's full of complaints. The battery feels weak on startup, and I'm seeing general electrical malfunctions. I suspect the auxiliary battery isn't charging. Anyone else battled this demon?

Sounds familiar. I have an S60 as well. Had similar electrical gremlins. Any voltage drop when you crank the engine, or is it more random?

Yep, voltage drop was the key. It's like the whole system gets momentarily stunned. But I didn't fix it myself; I just took it to a workshop, they dealt with it.
