The steering itself feels fine, thankfully! It's just the electric adjustment that's completely dead. Did yours completely fail as well? What did you do to fix it?

Yep, mine failed completely too. I suspected it was a loose connection, but didn't want to mess with the airbags. In the end I took it to a workshop, and they managed to fix it pretty quickly. Cost me around 100€. They said something about a faulty connector. I'd suggest you do the same.

Thanks a bunch for the info! I'll take it to a shop and have them check the cable and plug connections, hopefully it will only cost me around 95€. Sounds like that's the most likely culprit. Really appreciate the help!
